Jacqueline Lawlor / Chief Executive Officer

Jacqueline brings to her role as Chief Executive officer over 15 years of experience within the IT Industry. Since 2009, Jacqueline held the position of RetroFit’s top Sales Executive managing our largest clients and complex IT engagements. She has vast knowledge into the inner workings of SLED, Non-Profit and SMB organizations. As Chief Executive Officer, it is Jacqueline’s mission to lead the organization in its growth and strategic direction. Jacqueline is continuing to expand RetroFit by developing a powerful product portfolio and fostering a culture of customer services within the organization. Jacqueline has held positions at other organizations, such as Staples and is a graduate of Boston College.

Josh Andrews / Director of Technology Services

As the Technical Services Manager, Josh is charged with managing service delivery, including customer advocacy, operations, managed services, and professional services. With a combined 12 years of experience in the technology field, Joshua brings a wealth of knowledge to the organization. From international companies to higher education and managed service providers, the skills he has developed over the years enable him to successfully deliver the business outcomes required to help businesses manage their technology. Since graduating from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, he has gone on to obtain his Master of Science in Information Systems Engineering, along with an Office 365 MCSA, Aruba ACSA, HPE Server ASE, and ITILv3 Foundation certification, among others.

Ryan Renzella / Director of Sales and Marketing

Ryan Renzella was born and raised in New England and is dedicated to creating customer success stories. He excels in creating long-term partnerships and strategic plans for his customers that are forward-looking and innovative. Ryan brings his experience as a devoted lifelong learner to RetroFit and ensures we stay ahead of industry trends and advancements in all aspects of Information Security and Technology, particularly in AI. He leads a team of experienced problem-solvers who are accountable, customer-centric, and transparent – ensuring mutually beneficial long-term partnerships, and the best possible product for our customers. For the past 10 years, Ryan has worked with Leaders in New England municipal government, schools, higher education, and state agencies to solve challenging problems under tight timelines and even tighter budgets, always with an eye toward the future.

Katherine Connor / Director of Human Resources

Katherine joined the company in May of 2012. Katherine brought with her 15 years of both sales and marketing management experience and prior to joining RetroFit, she was the Sales and Marketing Operations Manager for MICROS Systems, Inc., an over 6 Billion dollar company offering a range of software, hardware, and related services along with rapidly growing cloud solutions to manage hotels, food & beverage operations, and retailers. Katherine also held positions at Cambridge Healthtech Institute, a preeminent life science network for leading researchers from top pharmaceutical and biotech organizations and ARC Advisory Group the leading market research and advisory services for Automation, Control Systems and M2M. Katherine works on various strategic marketing initiatives to help develop and promote the RetroFit brand in both the direct marketplace and throughout the channel.
